What is BnB Edge all about?
BNB Edge is a new age property hosting agency. We operate similar to a boutique hotel, although we use people’s homes to provide just what our guests are looking for
What kind of properties do you take on?
We will manage apartments, townhouses, full houses, granny flats and even spare rooms if the suitability is right. Our properties are generally located in tourist areas around Brisbane with the aim to eventually expand into other areas around Australia.
What happens if guests damage the property?
We have a ‘no party’ policy and screen every guest to ensure the right fit for our properties. We take out our own custom-designed insurance on top of the property owners insurance so that in the very rare case of damage we will work as effectively as possible to get it sorted out as the property needs to be in 5 star condition for our guests
Why would I choose BnB Edge rather than a regular tenant?
This is the easy part to explain. We will have your property professionally cleaned after every guest checks out. We will take care of maintenance issues on the run to keep the property in top shape. Your property will look like a renovation reveal every day. No dirty or messy tenants in sight! Did I mention we have never missed a single payment to our owners in the history of our business? The list goes on
Can you look after a property in my area?
We are open to looking after properties in all areas of Australia as long as we have our business established in that area at the time. We are primarily located in and around Brisbane at this stage
